Guida is on a mission to make complex health conditions simpler to manage, and that starts with educating the world’s carers, clinicians, and people living with complex conditions.
We’re building technology that predicts pathways of people affected by life-changing health, disability, and aging-related conditions and offers real-time education to navigate and solve for each person’s physical, emotional, social, and financial needs. Our personalised education will help people living with complex conditions, and the people who care for them or about them, to get or give the right help and support at the right time throughout their journey.

Founder of Courageous Kids
Courageous Kids is a parenting app that allows users to create personalised stories to explain and discuss new experiences with children. Created by Dr. Kathrun Hackman, a specialist physician and mother of two, in collaboration with a leading child psychologist and occupational therapist, the app helps parents, guardians and educators prepare young children for change.
Kathryn designed Couragous Kids as a toolkit for her 5-year-old, who had no problems riding his bike down the stars but required extra time and assistance to prepare for new events or changes. With anxiety an increasingly common issue for young children, and specialist support difficult to access and often prohibitively expensive, she realised it could help all families. Kathrun’s medical exprtise and evidence-based apprach, combined with her parenting experience led her to develop Courageous Kids.

We exist to empower employees to activate sustainability in the workplace. We do this through our foundational Sustainability Leadership Program – created by business people, for business people. Q Social Impact’s founder Lil Barac-Macey began developing corporate training programs in 2002. It was through workplace training that Lil realised half-day workshops were inadequate channels for long-term learning, often resulting in a loss of knowledge over time.
Through Q Social Impact, Lil developed a business training framework that works to reinforce an employee’s knowledge about a topic over time, thereby maximising the learning value within an organisation. Lil’s vision for the future includes rolling out a foundational and advanced sustainability program to SMEs and listed companies worldwide, plus creation of learning experiences in the metaverse.
