Kathryn designed Couragous Kids as a toolkit for her 5-year-old, who had no problems riding his bike down the stars but required extra time and assistance to prepare for new events or changes. With anxiety an increasingly common issue for young children, and specialist support difficult to access and often prohibitively expensive, she realised it could help all families. Lil Barac-Macey

Q Social Impact

We exist to empower employees to activate sustainability in the workplace.

We do this through our foundational Sustainability Leadership Program – created by business people, for business people. Q Social Impact’s founder Lil Barac-Macey began developing corporate training programs in 2002. It was through workplace training that Lil realised half-day workshops were inadequate channels for long-term learning, often resulting in a loss of knowledge over time.

Through Q Social Impact, Lil developed a business training framework that works to reinforce an employee’s knowledge about a topic over time, thereby maximising the learning value within an organisation.

Lil’s vision for the future includes rolling out a foundational and advanced sustainability program to SMEs and listed companies worldwide, plus creation of learning experiences in the metaverse.
