A strong leader, Board Director and Social Entrepreneur. Rechelle is a principal sector specialist in governance, contract management, procurement and social policy issues. Rechelle’s passion lies with gender equality, equity and improving policy through advocacy, specifically related to the specialised issues of rural, regional and remote (RRR) women and girls in Australia.
She has represented Australia at the United Nations in 2018 & 2019 and will do so again in 2021, speaking and advocating for rural women's rights. She was also listed as an Australian Financial Review 100 Women of Influence 2019.
Rechelle is also an entrepreneur who completed the E3 Program with SBE in 2019 and has been building her business iDecide - a platform for storing, sharing and accessing end-of-life documents, providing reassurance in life's most difficult moments. She is passionate about seeing more funding move to women led start-ups and building the Australian female entrepreneur ecosystem
