5 ways the E3 program helps female-led startups flourish

Our new E3 program (Empower, Evolve, Escalate) offers affordable, face-to-face, practical support for female entrepreneurs at the crucial early stage of their businesses without anyone taking a stake in the business.

1.    It’s face-to-face

The E3 program consists of weekly workshops for eight weeks where our program facilitators and guest experts take participants through business fundamentals. We work in small groups with hands-on attention given to participants and feedback that is specific to their business and plans.

2.    It’s practical

Our structured program follows a logical and sequential format that is relevant to your business and planning. Cohort members do have to put in work before and after each session but their efforts are rewarded with a usable outcome which shows them how clearly they have come to understand their business and they can use these outcomes to take their business to the next level.

3.    It’s for women

Females face a unique set of challenges as entrepreneurs and leaders of start-ups. These challenges are heightened by women not having access to enough female role models or a wide network of female founders to share their experiences with.

We understand these challenges and help overcome them by providing access to a network of female mentors… and with each program we start a new cohort community made up of the participants and experts who support them. These groups continue to offer safe and supportive environments for networking long after cohorts complete the eight-week program.

4.    It’s specifically for early stage startups

Five years’ experience running the Springboard Enterprises program has shown us there is a gap in the Australian start-up market for programs that support female entrepreneurs at the crucial early stage of their businesses (and do so without anyone taking a stake in the business).

By early stage, we are looking for businesses with a minimum viable product that is technology or innovation enabled or has some market traction or validation of your idea such as extensive customer interviews. Our program covers business fundamentals including defining customer and market, developing a strong value proposition, how to use financials, build a team, manage IP, and value your business.

This groundwork gives our participants a crystal clear understanding of and vision for their business and arms them with the tools they need to take the steps to grow and properly value their business..

5.       It’s affordable

Do you value your future success? It’s time to invest in yourself and complete E3! The early bird registration fee is $1,760 (inc gst) - a saving of 20%. For this current round open now for Melbourne, applications must be received by 5pm, 25 August (EST) to qualify for this discount. Standard registration fee is $2,200 (inc gst).

This cost includes all course materials, resources, templates and a light meal each week.
