E3: Empower, Evolve, Escalate

Our E3 program is designed specifically for female entrepreneurs and leaders of technology or life science businesses, ready and wanting to take the next leap towards growth.

What's Unique about E3?

Having successfully run the Springboard Enterprises Australia Accelerator for the last 5 years, we understand the challenges you face and what female founders and leaders need to grow a successful, sustainable and scalable business, and our track record speaks for itself.

Our E3 program is designed as a hands-on learning experience by our network of industry leaders. Throughout the program, you'll uncover powerful strategies and gain valuable connections working alongside other female founders and leaders who are sharing your challenges, and who are at a similar stage of growth.

With E3: Empower, Evolve, Escalate - you will gain:

  • Confidence, knowing that your business foundations are strong;
  • Hands-on training in the key disciplines needed for sustained startup success;
  • Strategies to overcome challenges specific to your stage of growth;
  • Tools to develop and test customer, product and marketing strategies;
  • Connections with our influential industry networks;
  • Stronger foundations in finance, technology, pitching and more.

Your tech or biotech business is up and running, but there’s still so much you feel you need to give your business the best foundations for growth and future success.

We want to nurture your talent and, with E3, you too can benefit from our proven methods of support and guidance, and gain access to our influential network—all of which have made our programs such a success.

Throughout the course we'll take you through the fundamentals of customer acquisition, marketing, product development, technology, legals and financials. We will empower you with the key building blocks and disciplines needed to make your business sustainable, and attractive to both customers and future investors.

Our aim is to help build stronger female-led tech and biotech companies, by giving you the right knowledge, tools and support to flourish in a welcoming environment of like-minded people.

By the end of E3, your company will be investor ready, and you'll have the insights, skills and confidence to help you grow and scale.

Plus, all program participants will receive $10K AWS Activate Startup Credits valid for up to 2 years.
