Kerri Lee has over 15 years experience working across the high-growth eco-system, from co-founding her own startup, to working with some of Australia's leading tech businesses, including Intelematics and Aconex. She recently has moved into leading technical investment/venture capital in a family office.
An alumnae of the Springboard program in 2000, she has been involved since the early days of the program being in Australia. She is also an Innovation Expert on the Victorian Government's Innovation Expert panel.
Based in Wellington New Zealand, Iain has over 20 years experience in senior management roles in listed and private companies. He was Managing Director of Thomson Reuters Markets in Australia from 2008 – 2012. In 2013 he became a partner in Denali Venture Partners, a Sydney based investment and advisory firm that specialises in helping fast growth companies scale effectively. During his time with Denali, Iain work with several fast growth firms including Redbubble and Aconex. Most recently, Iain has taken on the CEO role at HazardCo, a New Zealand based business, where he is leading a technology transformation and market expansion program. Iain has also served on boards of both company and not-for-profit organisations over the past 10 years and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs succeed by connecting them to the right people and capital.

Noga is the Co-Founder of UrbanYou, a platform to book trusted, pre-screened household services in real-time. UrbanYou was recently one of Westpac’s Top 200 Businesses of Tomorrow, and was named as one of the Top 25 Female-Founded Startups to Watch. In July 2018, UrbanYou merged with Domain-backed local services marketplace OneFlare, to create Australia’s No 1 destination for trusted, reliable household services available on-demand.
Noga has over 15+ years’ experience in senior management roles at global technology and media companies such as Yahoo!, Foxtel and IBM. Formerly a corporate lawyer, Noga has worked in top-tier firms in Sydney and London, and has served on the Board of a number of community not-for-profit organisations.
Noga is a Springboard alumnae, completing the program in 2017 and going on to swiftly close a $1M Series A round for UrbanYou. Noga is frequently sought out by aspiring female entrepreneurs to share her experience, and is committed to supporting women in their journey to build big, scalable companies.
Sheryl has been a strategic business consultant for over 30 years. She has held numerous senior management and board-positions in Australia and overseas. Her extensive in-depth technology, marketing, strategic planning and business skills have underpinned her success in advising, guiding and mentoring innovation and commercialisation a wide range of early-stage companies.
Sheryl currently works as a Commercialisation Adviser to Accelerating Commercialisation, a Federal Government initiative, which assists innovative new businesses in their transition from idea to commercial venture.
Sheryl is also vigorously committed to the representation of women in enterprise and government. She served on the Board of AWISE (Australian Women in IT, Science and Engineering), she has served on the committee of Women in Technology, WA (WITWA) since 2006, and is a Board Member of SpringBoard Enterprise Australia. Sheryl is also a Director of StartupWA.
Kara has more than 15 years of global experience in financial services and technology. Kara’s investment experience spans seed stage to public market deals primarily in the enterprise SaaS space.
As a venture capital investor, Kara led several fintech deals as a partner in Westpac’s venture capital fund. She is also an entrepreneur and founder of a successful fintech advisory practice.
Previously, Kara was part of the investment team for Goldman Sachs Capital Partners’ $20.0 billion fund based in New York and helped to lead a $100 million (unlevered) multi-strategy fund.
Originally from Silicon Valley, Kara is based in Sydney with her family. She is an active supporter of education in her roles as a Steering Group Member for Social Ventures Australia and co-chair of Princeton University’s Alumni Schools Committee in Australia.
Ethy previously headed the Israel Trade Commission in Australia and served as the Israeli Embassy’s Counsellor for Economic and Trade affairs. Ethy has a vast experience in helping start-ups and funds raise investments in Australia and has assisted hundreds of companies in their market penetration efforts.
Ethy is the founder of The BRIDGE – the premier Israel Australia Investment Summit that has been a game changer in connecting the Israeli and Australian eco-systems. Before moving to Australia, Ethy was the Director of the Bilateral Trade Agreements Department at the Israeli Ministry of Economy and was in charge of international trade negotiations and served as the chief negotiator of several important trade agreements.
