Topaz Conway - Chair | Director | Entrepreneur | Angel Investor
Topaz Conway has been growing businesses for over 20 years, including two of her own. She started working with start-up companies in Seattle, USA in 2000, as a Founder, CEO, Venture Capitalist and finally as an Investor. Her experience spans a number of industries, including IT, e-commerce, bio-engineering, and med-tech.
Her current investments include IOT, hi-tech, software, and respiratory protection and she continues to guide these and other companies through investment, development, manufacturing, product launch and exit, in the US and Australia.
In addition to being Chair of SBE Australia since 2014, Topaz is a Director of StartupAUS and is a Commercialisation Advisor to the Accelerating Commercialisation Grant Program. She is immediate past Chair of PAFTec Pty Ltd, a respiratory protection device company, that grew under her leadership from startup to global sales of $6.4M in 3 years and has been a Director on the Telstra Industry Advisory Board.

Sheryl Frame - Accelerating Commercialisation
Sheryl has been a strategic business consultant for over 30 years. She has held numerous senior management and board-positions in Australia and overseas. Her extensive in-depth technology, marketing, strategic planning and business skills have underpinned her success in advising, guiding and mentoring innovation and commercialisation a wide range of early-stage companies.
Sheryl currently works as a Commercialisation Adviser to Accelerating Commercialisation, a Federal Government initiative, which assists innovative new businesses in their transition from idea to commercial venture.
Sheryl is also vigorously committed to the representation of women in enterprise and government. She served on the Board of AWISE (Australian Women in IT, Science and Engineering), she has served on the committee of Women in Technology, WA (WITWA) since 2006, and is a Board Member of SpringBoard Enterprise Australia. Sheryl is also a Director of StartupWA.
Catherine Caradus - Company Secretary
Catherine is the Australian Managing Director for the TMF Group, which has grown from 4 staff to 75 staff providing a variety of out-sourced services such as corporate secretarial, accounting and reporting, tax compliance and HR and Payroll services to predominantly international companies, and also funds. The team in Australia has a specialist areat that looks after the accounting, reporting and tax compliance for RE investment structures. TMF Group currently has approximately $4.5 billion in Funds under Administration in Australia alone.
Narelle Hooper - Corporate Adviser & Director, The Ethics Centre
Narelle is an adviser, director and author who works with enterprises to help them navigate the new economy. She has consulted to organisations including the Business Council of Australia, the South Australian Government and Property Council of Australia. She has held senior roles with Australia’s leading media groups including the ABC, Fairfax Media, BRW and SBS TV. A longtime advocate of sustainable leadership, she was founding co-chair of the Australian Financial Review - Westpac Women of Influence Awards and former editor of the Financial Review’s award winning BOSS Magazine. She is co-author of New Women, New Men, New Economy (Federation Press) which shows how inclusive countries, companies and communities do better and prosper long term. Narelle has presented at Vivid Ideas Festival, the Future of Work forum and All About Women at the Sydney Opera House.
Ethy Levy - Israeli Trade Commission
Ethy is heading the Israel Trade Commission in Australia and serves as the Israeli Embassy’s Counsellor for Economic and Trade affairs. She entered into post in July 2012. Ethy has a vast experience in helping start-ups and funds raise investments in Australia and has assisted hundreds of companies in their market penetration efforts.
Ethy is the founder of The BRIDGE – the premier Israel Australia Investment Summit that has been a game changer in connecting the Israeli and Australian eco-systems.Before moving to Australia, Ethy was the Director of the Bilateral Trade Agreements Department at the Israeli Ministry of Economy. In her role, Ethy was in charge of international trade negotiations and served as the chief negotiator of several important trade agreements.
Kerri Lee Sinclair - Kin Group | Springboard Alumni 2000
Kerri Lee has over 15 years experience working across the high-growth eco-system, from co-founding her own startup, to working with some of Australia's leading tech businesses, including Intelematics and Aconex. She recently has moved into leading technical investment/venture capital in a family office.
An alumnae of the Springboard program in 2000, she has been involved since the early days of the program being in Australia. She is also an Innovation Expert on the Victorian Government's Innovation Expert panel.
