SBE Australia’s Community Inclusion Scholarship

SBE Australia’s Community Inclusion Scholarship

I am honoured to announce SBE’s Community Inclusion Scholarship.

At SBE we focus on accelerating women-led businesses. Given the underrepresentation of women in business, executive positions and decision-making roles, we consider this focus to be vital. At SBE we are conscious of both the importance and the sensitivity of diversity and inclusion, and to be true D&I champions, we acknowledge we still have a lot of work to do.

Being part of a minority community is my gift. I call it a gift because it has given me a deep understanding of bigotry and inequality and it has shaped my passion and purpose; to achieve greater diversity, balance, inclusion and belonging in my workplace, my community and in society.

I am honoured to announce SBE Australia’s Community Inclusion Scholarship.

The purpose of the Community Inclusion Scholarship is to help minority, underrepresented and/or historically repressed groups and/or people experiencing financial hardship. Recipients of the Community Inclusion Scholarship will receive 100% off enrolment fees for our SBE Explore and SBE Evolve programs and they will gain access to the relevant alumnae network. The scholarship is applicable to women from minority, marginalised and/or historically repressed groups and/or people experiencing financial hardship or to women whose business directly benefits minority, marginalised or historically repressed groups.

To apply for a Community Inclusion Scholarship, please complete the application form here.

We appreciate program fees are just one of the many barriers to entry. Our understanding of diversity and inclusion and what we can do to elevate more women continues to evolve. At SBE Australia, we’ll keep raising the pace, energised by the fact that this is a critical mission. A mission we will remain committed to.

Thank you for reading and please share with anyone who may benefit from SBE Australia’s Community Inclusion Scholarship.
